Product Information

Pentostatin is a coformycin derivative in which the hydroxy group at position 2' is replaced with a hydrogen. It is used to treat hairy cell leukaemia and functions as an adenosine deaminase inhibitor, antineoplastic agent, antimetabolite, bacterial metabolite, and Aspergillus metabolite. It is the conjugate base of pentostatin(1+).
