Product Information

Lymecycline is a tetracycline-based broad-spectrum antibiotic. It is approximately 5000 times more soluble than tetracycline base and is uniquely absorbed via active transport across the intestinal wall. It functions as a protein synthesis inhibitor, antiprotozoal, antibacterial, and antimicrobial agent. It belongs to the tetracycline class and is a tertiary alpha-hydroxy ketone.
