Product Information

Disuccinimidyl suberate is a N-hydroxysuccinimide ester formed by the formal condensation of the two carboxy groups of suberic acid with the hydroxy group of 1-hydroxypyrrolidine-2,5-dione. It is a noncleavable, membrane-permeable crosslinker and functions as a cross-linking reagent. It is a diester and functionally related to suberic acid.
