Terconazole

(2R,4S)-terconazole is 1-(4-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]methoxy}phenyl)-4-isopropylpiperazine, with the 1,3-dioxolane ring having R and S configurations at positions 2 and 4, respectively. It is the enantiomer of (2S,4R)-terconazole.
