Telatinib is a furopyridazine derivative with substituents at positions 4 and 7: (4-chlorophenyl)amino and [2-(methylcarbamoyl)pyridin-4-yl]methoxy groups, respectively. It is a potent inhibitor of VEGFR2/3, c-Kit, and PDGFRalpha. It functions as an antineoplastic agent, VEGF receptor antagonist, receptor protein-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EC 2.7.10.1), apoptosis inducer, and angiogenesis inhibitor. It belongs to the classes of monochlorobenzenes, anilines, furopyridazines, aromatic ethers, and pyridinecarboxamides.
