Product Information

Eribulin is a fully synthetic macrocyclic ketone analogue of marine sponge natural products. It inhibits microtubule growth through a tubulin-based antimitotic mechanism, causing G2/M cell-cycle block, mitotic spindle disruption, and apoptotic cell death following prolonged mitotic arrest. It functions as an antineoplastic and microtubule-destabilizing agent. It is a macrocycle, polyether, polycyclic ether, cyclic ketone, primary amino compound, and cyclic ketal. It is the conjugate base of eribulin(1+).
