Rezafungin acetate is an acetate salt formed by combining rezafungin with one molar equivalent of acetic acid. It is an echinocandin antifungal antibiotic, a quaternary ammonium salt, and is indicated for patients 18 years of age or older with limited or no alternative treatment options for candidemia and invasive candidiasis.
