Cefepime

Cefepime is a cephalosporin with (1-methylpyrrolidinium-1-yl)methyl at position 3 and (2Z)-2-(2-amino-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamido at position 7 of the cephem skeleton. It functions as an antibacterial drug and is an oxime O-ether. It is the conjugate base of cefepime(1+).
