Product Information

Eribaxaban is a synthetic organic anticoagulant belonging to the pyrrolidine class. It has the structure (2R,4R)-N(1)-(p-chlorophenyl)-4-methoxypyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxamide, with the nitrogen of the 2-carbamoyl group substituted by a 2-fluoro-4-(2-oxopyridin-1(2H)-yl)phenyl group. It inhibits coagulation factor Xa (EC 3.4.21.6) and acts as a serine protease inhibitor. It is a pyridone, secondary carboxamide, urea, monochlorobenzenes, pyrrolidine, and monofluorobenzenes.
