Fenoterol

Fenoterol is a resorcinol derivative, specifically 5-(1-hydroxyethyl)benzene-1,3-diol with one methyl hydrogen replaced by a 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propan-2-amino group. It is a beta2-adrenergic agonist used as the hydrobromide salt in the management of reversible airway obstruction.
