Capmatinib is an imidazotriazine derivative with 3-fluoro-4-(methylcarbamoyl)phenyl at position 2 and quinolin-6-ylmethyl at position 7. It is a c-Met receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to treat non-small cell lung cancer with MET exon 14 skipping mutations. It functions as a c-Met tyrosine kinase inhibitor, antineoplastic agent, hepatotoxic agent, and apoptosis inducer. It belongs to quinolines, monofluorobenzenes, benzamides, secondary carboxamides, and imidazotriazines.
